The Apple Store temporarily dropped off the radar Friday night and resurfaced announcing that every Mac now ships with OS X Leopard. They also announced their "Leopard Up-to-Date Program". If you bought your Mac
after October 1, 2007, and it did not include Mac OS X Leopard, you’re
eligible to get Leopard for a mere $9.95 shipping charge, plus
applicable taxes.
The program ends on December 29, 2007. Your order must be postmarked or faxed by January 4, 2008, so order your upgrade now. (link)
