Oh the horror!! The highly anticipated iPhone joke generating app 'iNorris', has allegedly been rejected by Apple because it "ridicules a public figure", citing Section (3.1.12) of the iPhone SDK Agreement which specifically states:
Applications must not contain any obscene, pornographic, offensive or defamatory content or materials of any kind (text, graphics, images, photographs, etc.), or other content or materials that in Apple's reasonable judgment may be found objectionable by iPhone or iPod touch users.
This recent App Store drama comes courtesy of a Gizmodo.com reader. The idea of an app used to call up endless jokes lampooning the legend that is Chuck Norris sounds too good to be true. Balls! Apple should have qualified this app as a "legit come back" for Chuck rather than defamatory.
Hordes of fanatical Chuck Norris fans are certain to be bitterly disappointed by Apple's decision to deprive them of this epic iPhone honor. I'm going to call Chuck myself and see if he'll approve iNorris without having to pummel me with a proper ass whooping first. Can someone please email his digits.

dam, dont tell apple, they will remove iLaugh too!!

An iPhone app could have made Chuck Norris into legend. What micro-celeb wouldn't want that? Now he can only hope for a Dancing With The Stars or Celebrity Rehap offer. That blows!
