Urban Outfitters is affectionately calling this new retro iPhone case idea the "Mofone". It's quite literally an old landline handset melded onto a hard-shell case with a rubber trim. There's no other dynamic features to speak of here except for the extra large, easy action grip.
I'm not exactly sure what kind of mofo would buy into this classic bowling for garbage design prcied at a whopping $45, but there's bound to be a handful of hipsters somewhere who think it's ultra-cool. One faked review described the Mofone as "super funky looking", which is clearly an understatement.
"I love my new MoFone, it is super easy to find my phone in my purse now! Plus I get a lot of attention for it cause it's super funky looking. The bestest!"
Choose the standard handset in glorious beige or opt in for the Princess phone model in bright blue, fire engine red or butt ugly green for iPhone 4 and 4S. Say hello to 1985 and kiss $45 bucks goodbye.
