"I’m lookin’ for Fake Steve Jobs. Seen him anyplace? What, did he get Fake Cancer? It was funny. Why’d it stop?" - Source - Real Dan Lyons
SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Several email tips have come in claiming that Dan Lyons (aka Fake Steve Jobs) was spotted Wednesday night in San Francisco flailing and wailing in a brief comedy set at a small comedy club on Ellis Street. Other emails claimed Dan Lyons sightings at another open mic night late last week, seen on stage exchanging verbal blows with a heckling audience of frigtards.
One thing is certain, Dan Lyons has obviously gone missing from his "Real Dan Lyons" blog since July 31st after posting a "Leave Steve Jobs Alone" video. Was that video some kind of cryptic message?
Lyons announced the launch of his new "Real Dan Lyons" blog on July 22nd in a farewell post; "Attention: Fake Steve is now Real Dan" officially retiring his legacy blog "The Secret Diary of Steve Jobs" which Lyons claimed started as a joke but quickly spun into a wildly popular satire site steeped in Apple pop culture, driven by Lyons' brilliantly snarky Steve Jobs alter ego.
Desperate, lamenting fans continue to leave comments on Dan's blog hoping for any clue to his whereabouts. How about a sign broseph, any little sign?
"Come back, Dan. Please come back. I’ve got nowhere else to go.*sob* I’ve got nowhere else to go. - Barry
"What’s the point of launching a new blog and then not posting to it?" Real Dan - Commentard
Will the Real Dan Lyons make his triumphant return to blogging or is he
simply fed up with pandering to his following of insatiable, thrill
seeking, Apple enabling commentards ? Until he does return, true Dan
Lyons worshipers may need to start combing the late night comedy clubs
and open mic venues in San Francisco to get their daily dose.
"Dude! I bookmarked you and everything! And now you haven’t written anything since July! What’s the deal?" Real Dan - Commentard
Earth to Real Dan... your friggin commentards are getting restless.

He is devastated by my enabling of Steve Jobs' bad behavior. I am thinking of changing careers to be a professional enabler. Dan can hire me, and I can enable his bad behavior - maybe not though. He cusses too much. Dear Leader apparently only cusses like this [expletive deleted] to Times reporters.
Oh no, I am enabling again.
