The power of wishful thinking is the fuel that drives rumors into headlines. The interwebs jumped on news Wednesday that Microsoft had yanked their series of 'Dumb and Dumber' ads featuring Bill Gates and Jerry Seinfeld. Reports in the New York Times indicated that Microsoft would begin a new series of anti-Mac ads using some ass clown performing a parody of 'PC', immortalized by John Hodgeman in Apple's legendary "I'm A Mac" ads.
While there is truth to Microsoft prioritizing the new anti-Mac ads, another Gates/Seinfeld epic drama waits in the wings for release with plans by ad agency Crispin Porter to produce more ads about nothing according to Gizmodo.
We'll all have to wait and wish a bit longer before the Gates/Seinfeld ads are finally sleeping with the fishes. Seindfeld was said to be in stable condition after reading the horrible news of his lay-off online. Sources guessed, "Jerry's probably thankful it turned out to be big deal over nothing".

*Michael... you stole the thoughts right out of my hyperactive brain. I can't wait to see more.

Oh, thank God! Now we will finally learn how the budding romance between Bill and Jerry pans out, whether the 'real' family ever feeds grandma, whether Bill has cake in his shorts, what that enigmatic Spanish speaking family has to do with the salvation of Vista. These and other questions will be answered as the little YouTube ball swirlies turn...
