The alleged MacBook Pro (pictured above) appears to have the characteristics described in early speculation with aluminum casing, glass track pad and rounded edges. The addition of the black trim around the screen looks amazing.
The image surfaced shortly after a MacBook Pro report from AppleInsider; "The new designs were described as a cross between the 13-inch MacBook Air introduced this January and the aluminum iMacs that made their debut during the summer of 2007. In its April report, AppleInsider noted this would include a trimming or tapering around the edges and instances of black material to contrast the largely aluminum motif of the new notebooks."
Update: We were unable to confirm the authenticity of this image captured in the wild. Sources claim in an email communication that the photo came via an Apple staffer.

The comment quality would have to be really good for it not to be recognized as spam. For the prices quoted, it may actually rise above the normal level of comment spam, especially if they’re hiring third-world spammers with some education.
I looked at the guy’s blog. He is definitely not a good blog but your blog is nice and knowledgeble.

If you look at the trackpad, it looks like an display as well. It looks like it shows at dock. Could it bee its a multitousch display/trackpad?

I don;t like the new look ;[ , Is the side where cd goes on plastic? because it'll look weird with plastic, aluminum and black border, I dont like too much the black border either, I expected a thin line of black

Clearly a fake. You can see the light colored bezel from the pre-shopped image on the top of the laptop.

I'd call it a fake! Try recreate this image with with this photo booth camera setup. The photo is taken about 10 cm above the table and about 60-80 cm away from the display, with the display slightly tilted backwards.
I tried it, but the result never came close to this pic.

Real? What's with the dock reflecting off the glass trackpad if there's no dock that's visible on the screen? Good Photoshop work, though.

Wow! Yep, looks authentic. Look at the new dock in the touch/trackpad. That would be awesome. I wonder what else that track pad/iphone screen can do?

Hey - a few forensics might determine who made that photo in an Apple Store somewhere...
If it's real, it looks like a gem and I'll want one!
