If you missed the Bush "Shoegate" episode here's a recap. The real-life shoe tossing incident occurred during a press conference in Baghdad recently when Iraqi journalist Muntazer al-Zaidi threw two of his own size-10 shoes at President Bushs' head, narrowly missing him with an almost dead on blow. Of course Bush escaped trauma by employing his ninja-like ducking skills learned from back in his heavy drinking days.
In the Arab culture soles of shoes are considered the ultimate insult. The video clip of the event in Baghdad rapidly became a YouTube viral classic and an instant internet meme.
A French website quickly cranked out the "Flying Babush" game which features the Prez at his presidential podium looking perplexed. Players take on the role of Bush and earn points depending on how long they can dodge shoes, which fly at his head at a rapidly increasing pace. The idea of calling him 'Babush' is genius and a much better fit than W. Also check out the "Bush Boot Camp" game below which allows both gunfire and shoes to fly. (Full game after the break)
these shoe throwing games are too funny
