New Zealand Cult of of iPhone wannabe Mat Brady, is lusting after more than the current iPhone 3G has to offer. Which begs for a sarcastic tone when shouting, "Get in line Kiwi!". Brady chose to take design matters into his own hairy man hands by sending Steve Jobs a personal email along with his Photoshop dream concept called 'iPhone Elite', his 60GB visionary dream of the next generation iPhone.
"Hi Steve, As you can see I've made a few design suggestions to your iPhone. I've held off getting an iPhone until it gets a better camera. (See pic) Let me know when I can get rid of my N95."
Cheers,
Mat Brady
Brady desperately wants to unload his legendary Nokia N95 since becoming a Machead after buying a 17" MacBook Pro and a 24" iMac. But he refuses to bow to the allure of the current iPhone 3G due in large part to the lack of a physical keyboard, a decent camera and not enough storage. What about the enclosed battery broseph? When all else fails ping Jobs with a whiner boy email and then shove your concept iPhone right in his face like a friggin lap dance. I'm sure he'll rush your email right over to the design team.
Gizmodo's Jesus Diaz, took it upon himself to perform a nifty rework on Brady's personal fantasy (pictured above) by piling-on with his own iPhone wet dream, which he fondly calls the 'iPhone Pro' in a post that drew over 19,000 reads within the first few hours. Hot topic much? Diaz did add some key polish to Brady's design work and basically put the Kiwi kid on the map for his fifteen minutes of fame. Read the Gizmodo comments on this one. Priceless!
