FALL CITY, WA - Returning home late on December 25th, Warren Kraft never realized his brand new iPhone 3G had slipped from his pocket into the snow alongside his front walkway. According to Kraft, he admitted rocking the Vodka harder than intended after Christmas dinner. Waking up the next morning from a self-induced stupor, Kraft panicked when he was unable to locate his new iPhone anywhere in the house. He feared the worst believing it was gone.
"I walked out front, dialed up my number hoping I could hear my iPhone ringing," Kraft said, "I heard a faint ringtone that sounded like it was coming from out of the ground. I started hovering over the snow, I plunged my hand in and there it was."
Kraft's iPhone was buried more than six inches deep after a large overnight dump of fresh snow. Amazingly Kraft discovered his iPhone was still functioning perfectly after he dried it off and brought his unit closer to room temperature. But not before documenting his personal miracle on camera. Upon closer inspection his brand new Jesus phone appeared to operate normally beyond its cold winter grave.
"Warren was so relieved to find his new baby still working. He's only had it for two days. It was a gift from his Father-In-Law," said close friend Dale Huggins by phone, "Those iPhones are a lot more sturdy than anyone gives them credit for. Warren almost started crying when he dug it up. But he'll never cop to that."
Kraft immediately marked the location of his iPhone's former grave site using a wooden stake and an index card with the words "It's Alive" written on the card as a constant reminder that Christmas miracles still do happen. "Dale was blown away that my iPhone still works perfectly," Kraft said, "He's ditching his Blackberry for an iPhone 3G. He's a true believer now." It appears the Cult of iPhone is alive and well in Fall City, Washington.
yes! That is amazing. I'm even more in love with my iphone right now.

Actually its not that much of a miracle. Snow, while made of water, is not wet (until melted). It is also great at encasing heat (think igloo). I wouldn't suggest purposely leaving a phone in the snow, but as long as it is pulled out before the snow melts it should, in theory, be fine.

I've heard of iPhones failing from a lot less exposure to water. It's confirmed... this is a miracle!

Our baby easily killed my iPhone just by licking at the on off button. It is not so reliable water kills it quickly.

Yes, the iPhone rose from the dead. Is that so unusual for a wonder phone? Now the iPhone sitteth at the right hand of Warren. Give praise to the lard.
