Everybody Wants This Game Boy iPhone Case!

Here's a classic example of crazed iPhone case envy surrounding this ridonkulous Nintendo Game Boy strap on case for iPhone, captured in the wild over in Japan. The "iBoy" is really more scratch cover than it is case, seen here strapped onto the back of a white iPhone 3G.

The photo was launched on Thatgirlssite.com offering no path to locating what has become a wildly popular novelty item many are lusting after. Demand is extremely high for an impulse buy, but data on this brilliant concept is painfully low.

"Don’t really know where they sell this, I took this pic of a friend iPhone while in Japan." ThatGirl said under the photo post.

This epic iBoy case may be the best April fools gag ever, or someone is about to sell a gazillion of 'em once they realize what's going on.

This looks like a vinyl sticker stuck on to the back of the phone with a clear case on top. I did something similar with a Motherboard sticker from these guys:
