CUPERTINO - Random reports of men in black suits driving Steve Jobs from Apple's campus in a mysterious black car made big headlines near the end of June. Reuters was quick to confirm that "the deity" himself was spotted leaving Apple's Cupertino headquarters with those men in black around that same time.
What a difference a month makes. He's back! These photos snapped at One Infinite Loop on July 23, show the infamous silver "Jobsmobile" back in action on the Apple campus. Steve Jobs' trademark Mercedes SL55 AMG was photographed in plain sight, neatly tucked away inside his favorite handicap parking spot where fearless gawkers still dare to roam.
This close encounter serves as a positive sign that Apple's CEO is back behind the wheel, continuing on the path to recovery after his highly publicized liver transplant which took place at the Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee just a few months ago.
While spotting the Jobsmobile may be cause for a minor geek parade, try not to start whipping up that whole shiteree again about Steve Jobs driving around in California without icense plates. Please spare me the drama people! That was so 2008.

If he is so worried about getting is plates taxed, why don't he just stick them inside is rear/front windshield.

Well, I'm half-Steve. I don't have a front license plate (a requirement in California) because it would make the front of my car look ugly.
I've been stopped once by the cops, who didn't even notice it.
