Two Apple store locations in Vancouver, Canada handed out special Winter Olympic pins to commemorate the 2010 games. Those collectible pins that went mostly unnoticed by many, are now selling on Ebay for as much as to $50 a set. Only two of the three contain Apple branding.
The Oakridge Centre store handed out a small iPod pin with Canadian maple leaf, while the The Pacific Centre Apple store passed out a two-pin set adorned with maple leaf and Apple logo.
On Halloween night 2009, Apple treated little costumed mall rats with branded magnetic bookmarks as a special holiday treat. So what's next? Apple logo Easter eggs or American flags?
