Apple Set For Media Event On September 1st

Apple has scheduled a surprise media only event on September 1st, when Steve Jobs is expected to unveil the company's newest iPod touch with front-facing camera capable of delivering FaceTime video chats and a revised Apple TV device rumored to be called iTV.

The music-themed rock n' roll fantasy event will be held on Wednesday, September 1st with the keynote starting at 10 a.m. Pacific Time, 1 p.m. Eastern, at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco.
