If you missed the BBC 2 broadcast of “Steve Jobs: Billion Dollar Hippy” when it aired last week, you can now watch the 60 minute documentary online in 720p HD.
The work produced here does an extraordinary job of chronicling the life of one of the most inspirational marketing minds of the last century. The inner hippie of Steve Jobs is something the BBC was determined to uncover. Stay young, stay foolish and stay hippie.
Although the BBC features several classic Macs on screen, I was a tad disappointed that they did not include the original "Bondi Blue" iMac G3. The single device that triggered a personal computing revival for Apple when it was launched in 1998.
I consider this one a must-watch for anyone who seeks to understand the impact Jobs had on the way we connect with technology.
