World famous Singapore toy designer PHU has hand-crafted a futuristic iPhone dock that's equal parts urban tank and robot all mashed up into one.
These innovative docks built for iPhone 5 and iPhone 4 are created using found objects and repurposed model parts — which means no two Tank Chargers are ever alike. Some of the materials used to design DATA and M.A.C. include cardboard, corrugated fiberboard and plastic rivets.
Every mobile armored tank which stands about 7 inches high — includes an integrated charging cable with the cord neatly hidden inside a trap door around the back of the dock.
For $395 each I would expect this thing to roll around my counter and play the Star Wars theme song on command — but that's just me.
