Days after the release of iOS 9 angry iPhone faithful took to Twitter to vent their disappointment over the lack of the middle finger emoji expected to be part of the launch along with the taco, robot face, burrito and wildly popular Unicorn head to name only a few.
The new group of 150 Emoji icons will actually launch with Apple's iOS 9.1 update expected to land sometime in November — which is way too late for many who planned to start texting the middle finger shortly after they downloaded iOS 9.
Many are still in disbelief — freaking out over the missing middle finger emoji in #iOS9 as they continue to spew rage at Apple. The official emoji is actually called the "reversed hand with middle finger extended" according to the icon masters at Emojipedia.
No matter what you choose to call it — there's still going to be a whole pack of sad lions until Apple finally delivers the big "Eff You" on it's next iPhone update. For now you can view all of the iOS 9.1 emojicons below and dream of unicorns to come.
